About the site
Digitalsmia.no is a showcase for the software studio DigitalSmia. We present tools we have built, and you can get in touch to request a custom tool. The content is for information.
Requests are non-binding
Sending a tool request commits you to nothing. We reply with a no-obligation quote, and nothing starts until you say yes. A quote is not an agreement until both parties have confirmed it.
Access to the tools
Our tools are currently available on request. Get in touch and we will agree how you get access and what, if anything, needs setting up. Should a tool later be published for direct download, it is provided as is, with no guarantee that it fits every purpose, and use is at your own risk.
Copyright
The tools, text, graphics and code on the site belong to DigitalSmia unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or resell the content without an agreement.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site and the tools working, but we cannot be held liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or the tools.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change counts as acceptance.
